Pro Dynamic Sports provides a multi-sport management platform for clubs, teams, and sporting organizations, including tools for roster management, fixtures, training, live streaming, AI analysis, communications, and marketplace features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Organizations are responsible for managing their members' access and roles within the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempting to gain unauthorized access; disrupting the Service; using the Service to send unsolicited communications; or violating any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and member-based pricing are presented at signup. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change fees with reasonable notice.

6. User Content

7. Live Streaming and Pay-Per-View

Live streams may be public, organization-restricted, or pay-per-view. Broadcasters are responsible for content they stream and for ensuring they hold all necessary rights. Pay-per-view purchases grant access to the specified stream only and do not constitute ownership of any content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and features, is owned by Pro Dynamic Sports and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity beyond what is recoverable under applicable law.
